At JustCollegeSports.com we personally inspect ALL of our merchandise to insure that it is exactly as advertised and suitable for shipping before it is placed on our site.
Unfortunately, during shipping, the various shipping companies (USPS, UPS, Fedex, etc.) do not always handle our packages the way we'd like, and from time to time merchandise gets damaged in transit.
Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within three (3) business days of receipt of your merchandise to receive a return authorization.
Once this authorization has been received, you may return your merchandise for a replacement, refund, or store credit.
